29. The book of authorities must be served on all the other parties and filed at the office of the Tribunal, in quadruplicate, at least 30 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the appeal or, in the case of an application, at least 1 working day before the hearing.
If the application is intended for a single judge, only 1 copy of the book of authorities need be filed.
